I had a thoroughly enjoyable sail at Shoreham in the end. Came in after two runs on 83l board and switched onto 100 litre freestyle board. Got planing no problems with 5.5m ezzy. Spent the next hour playing on the waves which were standing up ok (waist height?) and giving cheeky short rides along the beach. Best moments required fin skimming over the rock groyne and last second gybe off the shorebreak. Got munched once, but luckily for me, the kit came through unscathed.
